As a member of the Admissions, Camping, Retail and Outdoor team, your main focus will be to deliver the best customer service by greeting, serving & assisting every customer ensuring they have a great experience at the Park.
As the first member of staff the customer will see, you will help make their day be memorable by ensuring the service you give them is friendly and efficient.
Shifts will be at weekends only during school term-time. Hours can be from 4 to 8 hours a day, on a Saturday and/or Sunday dependent on availability, most weekends between 9:30am – 5:00pm.
During school holidays, an additional 2 or 3 days a week will be required in addition to your weekend shifts.
Please note: All staff are required to work over Bank Holiday weekends.

The applicant should be a confident individual with good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and our customers, including young children.
The role can be very varied and we expect the individual to adapt to any task they are given and be prepared for a fair amount of walking and standing.
A general level of ability and understanding is required for training. Specific retail and/or customer service prior training would be advantageous. A willingness to learn and be in a customer facing environment where you are required to interact with guests is essential.
Previous experience is not essential as training will be provided.
